Terms of use

HB PROMPT is a curated library of prompts for AI image generation. You can unlock a single prompt or a collection, subscribe to All-Access for the whole library, or, while a window is open, buy Founder Lifetime.

You need an account to buy and open prompts. Accounts use an email address and a password, provided through Supabase, our authentication service.

What you unlock is tied to the account you bought it with.

Single prompts and collections are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Each comes with lifetime access for as long as HB PROMPT operates the library: what you unlock stays in your library unless the purchase is refunded.

All-Access gives you every published prompt in every collection, including new releases, while your subscription is active.

It is billed yearly and renews automatically at the end of each paid year until you cancel. Before each renewal we email you its date, its price and a link to cancel.

When a launch price is shown, it stays the price of your subscription for as long as it renews without interruption. The yearly price for new subscribers may rise as the library grows.

You can cancel any time from your library. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access runs to the end of the year you have already paid for.

When your subscription ends, prompts and collections you bought on their own stay in your library.

Founder Lifetime is a one-time payment for every published prompt in every collection, including new releases.

It is sold only in limited windows. Whether and when it reopens, and at what price, is at HB PROMPT's discretion.

A lifetime purchase covers the library for as long as HB PROMPT operates it.

If we ever decide to close the library, we will email you at least 30 days before it closes, so you have time to save what you bought. This applies to every purchase: single prompts, collections, Founder Lifetime and All-Access.

Unlocking a prompt lets you use it to generate images. You may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

You may not resell, share or redistribute the prompt texts.

Some scenes show third-party brands or logos. Those brands are not affiliated with HB PROMPT, and you may not use the images you generate in a way that suggests a brand endorses or partners with you or your products.

Your access is for you alone. Bulk copying, scraping or automated downloading of prompts, reselling them, and sharing your account are not allowed.

To protect the library, an account that opens the full text of an unusually large number of different prompts in a short time is paused for a while.

If we find abuse, we may suspend the account, subject to any refund right the law gives you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may add currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.

If you haven't opened any prompt from a purchase, you can cancel it within 14 days for a full refund, from Purchases in your library. This applies to every purchase, and each All-Access renewal gets its own 14 days from the renewal date. You open a prompt when its full text is shown to you in the viewer, which happens a moment after you click its card; browsing images without clicking them, previews and titles don't count.

At checkout you agree that delivery starts when you open your first prompt and that, from that moment, you lose your right to cancel where the law allows this. Customers in Brazil may withdraw within 7 days of a purchase or a renewal, even after opening prompts (Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code).

We always refund duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, and content that is inaccessible or not as described when we can't fix it: write to us at hbprompt@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. The refund policy has the details.
